Senior 3D Visualizer

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed, realistic 3D visuals for interiors, exteriors, kiosks, retail stores, commercial spaces, and product designs.

  • Interpret architectural drawings & furniture details, sketches, and material boards to create accurate environments and atmospheres.

  • Prepare mood boards, lighting setups, and camera compositions to showcase the design in its best form.

  • Collaborate closely with designers, architects, and project managers to refine concepts and ensure design accuracy.

  • Maintain an updated library of materials, textures, and 3D assets.

  • Ensure all renders are delivered with exceptional attention to detail and high technical quality.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in high-end 3D visualization.

  • Expert knowledge of 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona Renderer, Photoshop, and AutoCAD.

  • Strong understanding of lighting, composition, materials, and color theory.

  • Ability to produce photo-realistic textures and advanced detailing.

  • Knowledge in Lumion, Unreal Engine, or Blender is considered a plus.

  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing commercial and interior design renderings.

Project Manager | Site Engineer

Job Summary:

The Site Senior Engineer is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and managing all on-site activities related to interior fit-out and design works, ensuring projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations. The role acts as the key link between site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Execution & Supervision

  • Manage day-to-day site activities for fit-out works including architectural, MEP coordination, joinery, finishes, signage, and FF&E installation.

  • Ensure works are executed as per approved shop drawings, material submittals, and design intent.

  • Supervise subcontractors, foremen, and site labor to maintain productivity and quality.

Design & Technical Coordination

  • Coordinate closely with design, MEP, and structural teams to resolve site issues and clashes.

  • Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure constructability.

  • Raise and manage RFIs, site instructions, and design clarifications with consultants/client.

  • Prepare architectural drawings & details for site execution

Quality Control

  • Implement and monitor quality control procedures.

  • Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications, mall guidelines, and authority regulations.

  • Ensure approved materials and finishes are used on site.

Planning & Scheduling

  • Assist in preparing and updating project schedules and method statements.

  • Monitor progress against program and report delays or risks to project management.

  • Coordinate inspections, mock-ups, and approvals to avoid delays.

Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations, site safety rules, and mall/authority requirements.

  • Conduct toolbox talks and ensure safe work practices are followed.

  • Ensure site readiness for authority and consultant inspections.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, mall management, and authorities.

  • Coordinate access, permits, and work approvals within malls or commercial properties.

  • Support project handover, snagging, and close-out activities.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare daily and weekly site reports.

  • Maintain records of drawings, approvals, inspections, and site instructions.

  • Support preparation of as-built drawings and handover documents.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

  • Minimum 5–10 years experience in interior fit-out and commercial projects.

  • Strong knowledge of mall fit-out regulations, authority approvals, and site coordination.

  • Experience in retail, office, F&B, kiosks, or mixed-use developments preferred.

  • Proficient in reading drawings and using AutoCAD / basic project management tools.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities simultaneously.
